Trek 520 Voltmeter
Trek Model 520 (±2 kV) and 523 (±20 kV) Electrostatic Voltmeters provide accurate, non-contacting measurements of electrostatic surface voltage.
Unlike Fieldmeter that requires user to measure static voltage at 25mm fixed distance (probe-to-surface spacing), Voltmeter provides flexibility to measure static voltage at various distance (probe-to-surface spacing) while keeping the measured results accurate and reliable. In other words, Trek® 520 voltmeters provides electrostatic voltage measurements that are essentially independent of the sensor probe-to-measured surface spacing.

- 520: 0 to ±2 kV DC
- 523: 0 to ±20 kV DC
Measurement Accuracy: Better than ±5% of full scale over the recommended probe-to-surface spacing
Recommended probe-to-surface spacing
- 520: 5 to 25 mm
- 523: 30 to 60 mm
Trek 520 is available in two versions. The 520-1 has a digital meter to display the measured voltage. The Trek 520-2 has an analog output monitor in addition to the digital display. This analog output monitor can be used to record the measured voltage or to view it on an oscilloscope.
Trek 876 Voltmeter with extended Probe
Trek 876 (±2 kV) and 884 (±20 kV) electrostatic voltmeters has extended probe cable to allow ESD voltage measurement at area that are difficult to reach especially inside production machines.
